Can you please recommend some natural remedies for mothion sickness or vertigo

Hi Theresa,

Thank you for your comment.
We apologize that vertigo was not mentioned in our article.
Apple Cider Vinegar is good also for vertigo. Add two parts honey to one part apple cider. Consume one tablespoon of this mixture two to three times a day for the treatment and prevention of vertigo.
You can also try Gingko biloba, Ginger Tea, Coriander seeds, Lemon Balm, Garlic and sesame oil and of course, don’t forget about stress management, good sleep and head massage.

God bless!

Hi Theresa,
There is also another good drug-free remedy that I have used for vertigo. There is a video online from a physician in Colorado, Carol Foster, MD, who has a simple exercise to rebalance the particles in the ear that can cause vertigo. I found, and used, this method successfully when I woke up with vertigo at a hotel. A couple years later my husband had vertigo and this video also worked for him. This doctor’s whole practice is vertigo I think. Hope this helps. Nancy

Nancy Shapiro, yes, yes, yes. These exercises on YouTube are the best to help with vertigo (or Meniere’s Disease). I do them when I feel a vertigo episode starting and it stops it. So easy to do them either laying down or on your knees or sitting in a chair. Glad you mentioned it.

APPLE CIDER VINIGAR IS AN ACID, about 2-3 pH. How then does this reduce stomach acid?

It works, because your body balance out to be more alkaline

most often when you have heart burn, its not from too much acid, rather its not enough. so your valve doesnt close, from an abundant of pressure, so it leaks. Its true. thats why when you elevate yourself you fee; better.
So when you have hart burn from low acid, Take vinegar or eat saurekraught, get good bacteria in yoy gut.

Works. I’m a witness!

I love love your little hints and your book. You are my hero.

Could you expand on the mixing of ACV and milk to make buttermilk pancakes? Sounds delicious! Thank you.

That’s an old trick. Add a little vinegar to whole milk and give it 5 minutes and it’s a perfect substitution for buttermilk in recipes. The ratio is 1 cup milk to 1 TBSP vinegar

Does Apple Cider Vinegar affect people who are on Blood Thinners?

Hi Devora,

Apple cider vinegar can provide a lot of health benefits.
However, to stay safe and prevent side effects, it’s important to monitor the amount you consume and be careful with how you take it.
Apple cider vinegar may interact with certain medications, including laxatives, diuretics, blood thinners, and heart disease and diabetes medications.
If you’re considering using apple cider vinegar but you are taking blood thinners, is it best to speak with your healthcare provider to see if it’s right for you.

God bless!

I also am taking blood thinner -would be neat to know more about that!

Please how can facial hair be removed as a lady and can the ACV remove fat fast.what quantity should be taken then.

I have harvested local wild lettuce and made tea with the fresh leaves and stalks, and also with the dried leaves. I have purchased dried leaves from two sources for tea. I have purchased wild lettuce tinctures, also. I have never noticed any effects, good or bad, from wild lettuce. I originally wanted it as a sleep aid, but it doesn’t work for me.

I love the information and I always read the comments to learn more and take notes. Thank you for all your comments. I love the fact of the replies to questions asked. Many post and do not repent back! Much continued success. God bless all!
