The #1 WORST Fruit For Your Gut & Energy

If you’re 35 or above, never eat this fruit!

This fruit can damage your gut and disrupt your hormones. It’s draining you of energy and pushing your body to form “sticky” fat cells that not even a normal diet and exercise can burn off!

Do you know the fruit I’m talking about?

A. Bananas

B. Apples

C. Grapes

Well, I have bad news.

A. Bananas

Bananas contain high sugar amounts and cause bloating and gas in a lot of people, especially in those with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Overripe bananas also cause heartburn.

If your job requires you to sit down all day long or you simply live a rather sedentary lifestyle, stop reaching for bananas as a quick snack that you probably think of as ”healthy”. Even though it’s low in fat, they’re high in carbs which contribute to fat gain and energy loss.

B. Apples

If you’ve ever eaten apples or drank apple juice, and then immediately experienced bloating and gas, it’s because apples are high in fructose. Apple juice also can overload the liver and contribute to fatty liver disease.

C. Grapes

Also very high in sugar, grapes also burden the liver and potentially lead to fatty liver disease. Excessive consumption can lead to weight gain and fat accumulation.

All three of these are healthy in moderation, but eating too much of them can lead to the problems I mentioned above.

We’re living in the most advanced era in human history, right? Medical breakthroughs are happening all the time right now.

So why is the health of people like you and me deteriorating?

Why are digestive issues like bloating, cramps and constipation more widespread than ever?

Why do so many of us suffer from low mood, fatigue, constant colds and achy joints?

Why are 73% percent of people overweight, diabetic or prediabetic, with that number increasing every day?

It’s because they can only make money off of sick people, not healthy people. And what they fear most is you learning how to use other resources, that most times are free, rather than pay for their services.

The easiest way to do that is start targeting the place in your body where disease often starts.

And that’s your gut.

That’s why today I want to share with you the Gut Protocol you too can use every day to transform your physical health and achieve the life you deserve.

500PM (25)

For starters, you can replace bananas, apples and grapes with:

  1. Berries, which are rich in antioxidants and fiber, and they help regulate blood sugar levels.
  2. Papaya contains an enzyme which is gentle on your stomach and helps break down protein.
  3. Avocados help protect your gut lining. The monosaturated fats in avocados also help regulate blood sugar and insulin levels.

It’s important to balance your fruit intake and think about how each of these will affect you, personally.

Then, slowly start adding these plants and mushrooms to your diet:

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
RMT

It’s no wonder people call this mushroom ”The Mushroom of Immortality”. It is a powerful adaptogen, meaning it helps the body deal with stress and anxiety. Reishi also has prebiotic properties which feed the gut with beneficial bacteria, improving digestion and supporting regular bowel movements. If you have leaky gut or suffer from other intestinal issues, Reishi can be particularly powerful as it helps your gut repair its lining. You can take it as a tincture from here.

Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor or Coriolus versicolor)

TTMTurkey Tail is also rich in prebiotics, and if you take it constantly it can repair your gut’s integrity, even if it has been compromised. If you do that, you will also benefit from a better immune function, since a large portion of your immune system is actually housed in your gut.

If you’re someone who suffers from cardiovascular diseases or autoimmune conditions, Turkey Tail can also help you. It has certain bioactive compounds that actively reduce the production of inflammation in your body. You can take it as a tincture from here.

Plantain (Plantago major)

I bet you’ve seen this one grow in your backyard before. And I bet you even sprayed it with weedkiller or uprooted it. Most people who do that unknowingly take out a potent medicinal herb that could improve their health significantly.

Plantain is a natural detoxifier, and it can help you eliminate toxins through the skin and digestive system. It doesn’t only cleanse, but it also soothes your digestive tract, so it’s ideal for those who suffer from toxin buildup.

Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra)

This is another natural detoxifier, and I think you will love it because of the soothing effect it has on your digestive tract. It contains mucilage, a gel-like substance that once mixed with water, will work like a shield on the lining of your stomach and intestines. It builds this protective barrier that not only helps with irritation and inflammation, but it can also trap and expel toxins from your body!

Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis)

The mucilage in marshmallow helps relieve bloating, constipation, and gastritis. Once it reduces gut inflammation, it can also help a burdened liver. Marshmallow helps the liver process and rid the body of harmful substances, so I’m sure you’ll want to add this to your diet.

Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus)

LMTLion’s mane is particularly beneficial for the nervous system, its ability to enhance cognitive function and support brain health. It can stimulate nerve growth factor production, which is what your neurons need to grow and survive. By protecting your brain against premature aging, you help your body keep up its natural detoxification process. You can take it as a tincture from here.

I used to buy these dried from a local herbal shop. I prepared them myself into teas, infusions, and vinegar-based tinctures, but later on that shop closed down and I couldn’t afford to spend all that time again trying to find another one.

Although the teas and infusions I’ve been using from these plants have worked for me, the progress has been slow. It takes a while for your body to absorb and process the compounds, depending on the form in which the remedy is consumed.

I looked up the best way for my gut to absorb these properties. Every book and every website I read said that alcohol-based tinctures are the most potent remedies you can make.

One of the reasons behind that is the fact that you can extract a wide variety of plant properties from relatively small amounts of plant material. So, you’re going to make a pretty powerful medicine for cheap!

Additionally, alcohol-based tinctures get absorbed into your bloodstream very quickly! This way, you won’t have to worry about how long it takes until you begin to feel the effects. That’s because the alcohol dissolves the plant compounds, which further lets your digestive system absorb the remedy quicker.

All you have to do to make this tincture is to combine dried Reishi, Turkey Tail, Plantain, Slippery Elm, Marshmallow, and Lion’s Mane in a glass jar. Pour vodka or grain alcohol over the herbs, seal, and shake daily for 2-3 weeks. Strain and store it in a cool, dark place.

If you want to purchase the ready-made product but are in doubt as to where you should get it from, I want to show you the tincture I’ve been taking for the past years that contains ALL the mushrooms and plants I listed above, and nothing else.

It’s made by one of America’s top herbalists, and it’s called the Balanced Gut Blend Tincture. I’ve never seen faster changes in my gut, my body, my overall wellbeing ever before. The effects of this tincture are 10 times stronger and faster than the remedies I’ve been taking before.

It’s the safest way to restore balance to your body without adding any other synthetic pills to your diet and stuffing more money in Pharma’s pockets.

Enjoy!

Why does your email say NEVER eat apple bananas and grapes, but the article says they are healthy in moderation? Those fruits are God’s food. I would think if you only ate a lot of of apples, bananas, and grapes, without other fruits and vegetables, it might be a problem. But to say NEVER eat them, just seems wrong to me.

Yeah God’s food, sure. But they’re also high in sugar compared to other fruits.
For those who are managing their blood sugar levels these fruits are as harmful as poison do you get this??
I think you should think of all people that these words are addressed to lol

The lead-in is click bait. The rest of the comments bear out my knowledge. Has any of this material been published in peer-reviewed studies?

results show up after one google search, pretty compelling stuff

Goo gull is not all that big on truth these days!

you asked for peer-reviewed studies, google delivered. seems like you can’t really feel happy with any kind of information!

I think you got the wrong person. I’m definitely NOT one who insists on or trusts “peer reviewed studies”!

Eat this, not that…oh wait a minute…do this, don’t do this. This will just drive you to an insane asylum. Is there no perfect equation here on planet earth?

i didn’t particularly enjoy the clickbaity intro, but the information in this article is priceless. i’ve tried a couple of other products from nicole and i’ve definitely seen improvements. thank you nicole 💜

i appreciated the article and the research and time that went into it!

You’re assuming that my health is declining, Nicole. It’s not. I can eat almost anything without problems. The most unhealthy people live in America. I thank god every day that I don’t live in the US. America will be the biggest domino that will eventually fall and drag the rest of the world down with it similar to what happened in the last great depression. I feel badly for and have compassion for people that have celiac and things like that. Must be horrible. When I was working took a cheese sandwich on rye and an apple with me every day for lunch. Grew up with REAL rye bread and that’s one of the reasons I’m still reasonably healthy. Grapes are supposed to be very good for you as they contain resveratrol. An excellent anti-inflammatory. One of my favourite things to eat are peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Not every day though. A little taste of heaven. 😉 Even though bananas contain a fair amount of sugar they also contain much needed potassium for us. But I partially balance it out by still exercising every day even though I’m over 70. We all have to make our own decisions about what we eat and what we feel is good for us. We need to be aware enough to listen to our bodies. It will tell is what’s good for us.

ABSOLUTELY 💯

I must agree that the header of this article caved to click baiting, however, I am in alignment with the content. Thank you Nicole and staff for all of the hard work and research you do and frankly, for giving a damn about people’s health. I, for one, am grateful! Sending ALL healing LOVE…❤️

AMEN!!!!!!!

Certainly different news to what my daily fruit intake has been for many years !.

It seems lately the headline story is not actually in the story after reading through it. I often don’t even open the article anymore

sorry but it’s all literally in the beginning of the article, they’re just saying you shouldn’t abuse certain fruits if you have blood sugar or liver problems

i’ve been waiting for a tincture like this one! it’s been 5 months ever since i first started taking the Reishi one and the results are visible!!! everyone’s complimenting me on my new glow and let me tell you – the article is right – health does start in the gut!!! work your way up from that! i have more energy, I can dedicate more time to spend with my nieces. I’m SO SO happy! Thanks Nicole

Shocking click bait strategy just lost me as a subscriber

I feel the writer could do better, despite the helpful parts of the article (I will be looking up Reishi, thankyou).
However, no more clickbait please!
And, I was shocked to see the symbol of the stop sign with a bloody hand, that is meant for the campaign for missing and murdered Indigenous women 😳
