Of the six leading causes of death, the third you list is "accidental injuries."
I guess this includes medical errors?

500,000 people a year die from psyh. drugs, and most are in nursing homes.

This is a genocide!

I have the original book or the first book and it has some excellent recipes in it but there is one thing I don't like about it you can't find specific plants or trees with the recipes you may be looking for. The book that I have has ailments on little bottle with recipes but nothing specific on any type of plant in other words you can't look up a single plant and get a recipe for it that's my only disappointment in this book.

Hi, great article thanks! I started making olive leaf tinctures quite a few years ago, adding a few cloves and a couple of cinnamon sticks plus a couple of pinches of cayenne. I've been making it ever since, and use it at low maintenance doses. I have quite a lot of stock remaining at the moment and just wondered if you think it might be okay to use some of this tincture as a base for the turmeric tincture, to make a blend? Thanks

I used to sterilize my jars simply by pouring filtered boiling water into them (after scrubbing them with soap and water), swishing the water around thoroughly, then pouring out the water. But after a time, I started having problems with all my ferments developing mold. Then, some years ago, I discovered that in Japan, fermentation barrels are periodically scoured out with salt. Now, I still sterilize my jars simply by cleaning them with soap and water, then using the filtered boiling water to sterilize them, but I scour out the jars every 3 or 4 times after use, and my ferments have never gone bad since.
