At first it looked like Candida. But it did not respond to treatments. The morphology changed. It looks like lichen sclerosis.

I normally email them, if they can send the physical book they will, otherwise they will provide a link for the pdf book. I am in NZ and have purchased a number of the books. Unfortunately the salves and tinctures cant be send here but most of these recipes are in the books. Their email responses are really good.
