Read the warning label on flaxseed. Theres a warning on every package including organic about the heavy metal cadimum. This causes severe health probelms. Maybe flaxseed should be praised and pushed so much

I love the article and the recipe, am a huge fan of Nicole and have learned to make many things from her.

I made a toothpaste out of baking soda and coconut oil a few years ago, thing was it was too abrasive for daily use. I wonder if there’s some milder substitute?

I’m confused!
From the start you mention getting potting soil and that this is not hydroponics.
Yet most of the photos show plants (the smaller ones) growing in water only.
I’d prefer not to need soil if that were possible.
