You’re Using Apple Cider Vinegar Wrong

Did you know that the apple you’re eating is alive? Alive with microorganisms, such as yeast, mold, and bacteria that live on the surface of that crunchy outer layer. Don’t worry, washing your apples thoroughly might minimize the microorganisms you’re eating but those tiny living creatures will work hard to improve your health.

Apples and the microorganisms on them work hand-in-hand to protect your body against many different health dangers including candida, E. coli, and even staph infections. Eating an apple is one way to experience the benefits of these helping hands, however, there remains a superior method.

When apples are prepared, pulverized, and stored properly without oxygen, the microorganisms living on the outside are now mixed in. Exposed to the insides, this forces the microorganisms to begin eating sugars the juicy apples have provided.

Step one of this two-part fermentation method begins in the sealed, air-tight container. The first step creates what is known as a SCOBY, a Symbiotic Community Of Bacteria and Yeast.

This SCOBY starts to break down the natural sugars provided by the fresh or cooked fruit juice to create alcohol. Then, bacteria such as Acetobacter or Clostridium work their magic, converting the alcohol into acetic acid, giving the vinegar its signature taste, preserving abilities, and healing properties.

What are the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar?

How to use Apple Cider Vinegar

There are many ways to use apple cider vinegar, the traditional and most common is in your food and beverages for medicinal and culinary purposes. Apple cider vinegar has traditionally been used as a medicine, reportedly, since the days of Hippocrates in 400 BC and has since expanded into the markets of beauty, culinary, and cleaning.

When using apple cider vinegar for its health benefits, it is recommended to use two tablespoons twice daily. The best time of day to take the two tablespoons depends on your intended use. When apple cider vinegar is ingested immediately before consuming a starchy meal, be it pancakes in the morning or spaghetti for dinner, it will improve glycemic control and overall digestion.

If taken before bed for the night, your morning fasting blood sugar levels will be lower. For arthritis relief, use apple cider vinegar mid-morning and mid-evening.

Interesting the number of authors who assume every other person is an ignorant, stupid and a total idiot and the author is the only one who has finally learned something. The initial title, as an “always” statement, is so unprofessional and ignorant. So author, I’ll give you an always statement, “YOU ARE WRONG IN YOUR APPROACH TO WRITING TITLES TO ARTICLES.” You need to become much better educated and learn that the “always” and “never” type statements are exceedingly rarely true. People knew what you finally learned a long time before you learned it and you need to be mature enough to acknowledge it. Don’t assume everyone is as stupid as you are.
