Step by Step

    1. Pour and allow your chamomile infusion to brew for 20-30 minutes.

    4. Strain your brewed chamomile tea.
    5. Measure our 1 cup/Ā  8.45 fl oz of chamomile tea and 1 cup/Ā  / 8.45 fl oz of unstrained pineapple juice into your pot.
    6. Add in 3 teaspoons of agar powder and mix well.
    7. Move this pot of pineapple juice, chamomile tea, and agar to the stove, and heat on medium while continuously stirring.
    8. Allow the mix to come to a gentle boil and keep it boiling while stirring for 7 minutes.03 boil the agar agar powder
    9. Ā Remove your pot from the stove, then mix in 2 tablespoons of honey.
    10. Get ready and fill up your chosen silicon mold.
    11. Allow the gummies to cool so that they can set completely ( you can place them into the fridge or freezer to speed up this process).
