Would some of these work just as well as taking a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon? I take a teaspoon of each every day and wondered if some of the benefits are the same, or do you have to dissolve in a cup of hot water for it to work best?

Just make sure the water does not contain Fluoride.
