DIY Gut-Healing Tincture Recipe

Ready to take back control of your gut? You can make your own gut-supportive herbal tincture using the six powerhouse ingredients above. A tincture is a liquid extract (often using alcohol) that concentrates an herb’s active compounds into an easy-to-take form (just a few drops). Follow these simple steps to create your own “gut-hacking” drops at home:

Ingredients (dried forms):

  • 1 tsp Reishi mushroom
  • 1 tsp Turkey Tail mushroom

I am taking several different supplements. As a consequence, I have loose stools. Would this tincture help with that problem? And would you recommend that I take the tincture without any other supplements?
