Silent Immune System Killers

Your immune system is your body’s defence system, and it must function well to ensure good health. Your immune system fights off harm that may enter from outside your body or any harmful changes that may occur within your body.

It is quite a complex system that requires many body parts and various functions to operate effectively. There are layers to your immunity, but it is not fail-safe, and a breach or dip in your immunity can be due to a wide number of reasons. Here we will touch on daily habits or experiences that, over time, could be considered silent immune system killers.

You will learn to understand the basics of your immune system, some of the silent killers that can negatively affect your immune system, and how to make the most delicious immune-boosting herbal chai recipe to help!

Get to Know Your Immune System

Your immune system is a complex organization of organs, cells, and proteins that defend your body against infection and protect your cells. It has the crucial role of protecting your body from harmful substances, germs, and even cell changes that could make you unwell.

The immune system is activated by antigens, which are a variety of things that your body doesn’t recognize as its own. There are 2 types or layers to immunity:

  • Innate immune system: This is also called nonspecific immunity; it is your body’s general defence against germs and harmful substances.
  • Adaptive immune system: This is also called specific or acquired immunity –  it is where your body makes antibodies to specifically fight off certain germs that your body has come into contact with previously or build immunity to new germs.

Many parts of your body make up your immune system, including:

Skin and mucous membranes, blood and the organs of the lymphatic system, bone marrow, thymus, lymph nodes, spleen, and tonsils.

Silent immune system killers

This is not intended for fear-mongering, as in modern times, many of us have stressful lives, and it is challenging to eat an absolutely pristine diet. Also, some of the things mentioned here are not choices but situational (e.g,. toxin exposure, parasites, grief and trauma, or certain medications.)

That being said, the following factors are essential to be aware of so you can do your best. Your consistent choices literally fuel and build your body, and so your repeated choices can naturally affect your immunity positively or negatively accordingly.

Most people don’t even realize they’re hosting parasites. But fatigue, food sensitivities, skin flare-ups, even immune crashes… they all point to one thing.

These three herbs, when used together, can help flush out what’s been quietly draining your system from the inside.

I didn’t believe it until I tried it myself. But the results? Unmistakable. Click here to see what this parasite-cleansing trio actually does to your body.
