Medicinal Tinctures Body Map
What if you could have one tincture for every part of your body, in your medicinal cabinet at all times?
These aren’t produced by faceless corporations, but they come from plants our forefathers used daily, and they weren’t as chronically sick as we are today.
That’s because they relied on what the body was designed to handle: natural, powerful medicine from the earth. Not chemicals.
These powerful drops can target every part of your body and help with ailments by targeting the root of the problem.
Let’s dive in:

- Use 1 part dried herb (lichen, plant, or mushroom) to 5 parts alcohol by weight.
- For fresh material, use 1 part herb to 2 parts alcohol.
- Use 80–100 proof vodka for plants and lichens; 190 proof alcohol (diluted to 50–60%) for mushrooms.

Ami missing one that supports kidneys? Maybe the liver one helps?
I’ve got your back, Nancy!
When it comes to kidney support, the herb you’re looking for is stinging nettle. Some research suggests it can help flush out toxins and reduce inflammation, which may ease the strain on your kidneys.
You can make a tincture out of it if you’re the DIY type… but honestly, I’ve been stung too many times and I’m officially done wrestling with nettles in the wild. 😅
That’s why I stick to this potent, organic tincture from my favorite herbalist. If you want to give your kidneys some love, check out the Stinging Nettle Tincture here!
