Do This Exercise Daily To Boost Your Brain Power By 80%

Have you ever forgotten where you put your keys or the remote control, or where you parked your car at the mall?

Today, I want to share with you how I managed to boost my memory naturally and some of the game-changing strategies I used to sharpen my brain.

Not many people know about these ‘unorthodox’ brain hacks.

I’ve found an exercise that is highly effective against cognitive decline – it’s not hard to do and it doesn’t cost a dime. Exercises like this one are not well known because they are free and cannot be monetized by Big Pharma.

Do this exercise daily to boost your brain power by 80%.-pose 1The first technique I will tell you about is a secret practice most commonly used by singers before a performance. This is how they keep themselves sharp throughout a whole show – just by breathing:

Lion’s breath, also known as simhasana, is a type of yogic breathing. It’s a boisterous, loud, full-lung breathing technique that is very stimulating and vocal. You will find that this can help you clear mental fog, fatigue and anxiety.

Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Sit in a comfortable position on a soft cushion or on a bed.
  2. Raise your shoulders up to your ears, then relax them and let them fall naturally and gently.
  3. Lean forward, supporting yourself with your hands placed on your knees.
  4. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your stomach and chest with oxygenated air.
  5. Open your mouth as wide as possible, stretch your chin towards the floor, and stick out your tongue.
  6. Exhale as forcefully and strongly as you can while making a deep “ha” noise.
  7. Return to regular breathing for 60 seconds.
  8. Repeat five to 10 times, then calm your nervous system with the traditional breath focus exercise above.

An Old Navy Seal Trick To Boost Brain Power

I have an old friend who was a Navy Seal for 20 years or so and he taught me this trick.

Their Navy Pre-Flight School created a routine to help pilots fall asleep in 8 minutes or less. It took my friend about 6 weeks of practice, but it worked even after drinking coffee.

The real inverted position implies that you should headstand or have a special bed, which I don’t, that inclines so that your head is lower than your body.

Here’s what I do instead.

When you stay in an inverted position, you’re sending oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to your head. Do this daily, for 8 minutes, and you’ll notice your focus will improve quite quickly. Thanks to this, I don’t lose my train of thought as much as I did when I was taking pills.

These inversion postures helped me relieve headaches, and improve sleep. They even helped with my back issues after surgery. This helps you reset the way your back supports your entire upper body.

You don’t need drugs to sleep better. Just do this!

Pharmaceutical companies and commercials would do anything to sell their “natural” sleeping products. Based on components we can’t even pronounce, crafted in a lab, they can sometimes do more harm than good. The side effects can be devastating, as we can see with the opioid crisis. One of them is the addiction to such pills.

Melatonin is a hormone that your brain produces naturally. Once you are feeding your brain fake melatonin, it will stop producing the natural hormone itself, as it already exists.

The moment you stop taking those pills, your pineal gland won’t produce as much melatonin as before.
