DIY Cayenne Immunity Shots - ingredientsIngredients:

  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp dried elderberries (optional). It can be replaced with a concentrated Elderberry Tincture. If you want to get the same one I’m using, I’ll leave a link for you here.
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Step One: In a small glass, mix the cayenne pepper, turmeric powder, and lemon juice. Add water and stir to combine. If desired, add honey. If you want to make a large batch of our DIY Cayenne Immunity Shots Mixture, adjust the quantity as needed and store it in the fridge.
