DIY Brain Fog Tonic Recipe

Brain Fog Tonic - ingredientsIngredients
  • 1 tbsp Gingkgo biloba leaves
  • 1 tbsp Gotu kola leaves
  • ½ tbsp peppermint leaves
  • Lion’s Mane Tincture (40 drops/cup for boosted effect)
  • ¼ tbsp rosemary leaves
  • Brandy, glycerin or vinegar
Steps
  1. Place the finely chopped herbs in a glass jar. Brain Fog Tonic - Step 1

  3. Cover the jar with a tight-fitting lid, placing plastic between the lid and the tonic to prevent the lid material from leaching into the tonic.   Place the jar in a warm place for 4 to 6 weeks, shaking the jar daily.  Brain Fog Tonic - Step 3
