Hi Patty,
The one with medicinal properties is Blue Vervain (Verbena Hastata).
God bless!
Those two presentations of the flowers AND of the leaves look nothing like one another
Where can this be purchased.
Hi Joan,
Thank you for your comment.
You can find Blue Vervain Dried herbs or Extract at Mountain Rose Herbs or you can order from Amazon as well.
God bless!
I grew mine from seed. I’ve got almost 300 different kinds of seeds. I’d love to have my own seed/plant business but until then I just trade & share them. Except for locals, I sell plants during the season.
YAY, I’m so happy to see this because I suggested in a prior comment to do one of these on blue vervain! I’m not sure if that’s why this was done but if it was, thank you for actually taking our feedback seriously. Even if it wasn’t because of feedback, thank you for this & all other info that is shared with us. I grow a medicinal garden & this is one of many plants in it.
Hi Melissa,
Yes, the article was published at your suggestion 🙂
Thank you so much for your feedback.
God bless,
Claude
Thank you I was introduced to this plant by a friend in South America who used it to overcome COVID 19.
I am ordering some seeds ASAP. I just ordered and received my self-heal seeds. Cant wait to grow them. I do have only a small area with sunlight in my backyard. Do these do well in pots? Or do the roots need to go deep? I have sandy soil in my yard because I am near the coast, but I do supplement with soil when planting.
