This is Poisoning You Everyday
They’re everywhere. This is actually poisoning you every day.
They’re in the food you eat, the water you drink, and even the air you breathe.
You’ve been sold this idea that pesticides are a necessary evil for growing your food. But this is what they’re really doing: once these chemicals seep into the soil, they end up in your food and your body.
This is where Pesticides Are Lurking
These chemicals don’t just vanish after you wash your produce. They stick to fruits and veggies, pollute your drinking water, and contaminate the air, affecting everyone who breathes them in, including you.
Pesticides are on leafy greens, tomatoes, grapes, and even the spices you use every day. They’re also in your cleaning products, cosmetics, and tap water. Just because you don’t see them – that doesn’t mean they aren’t there!
The Even Darker Side of Pesticides
Think about a tap that isn’t well screwed: it is dripping. If you place a bucket underneath, it’s going to be full of water in just a few days. Here are some you need to be wary of:
- Glyphosate is the world’s most widely used pesticide, used on crops like wheat, corn, and soy. This cancer-causing chemical quietly attacks your body, messing with your hormones. It weakens your immune system and leaves you vulnerable to serious diseases. It’s hurting you, bit by bit.
- Chlorpyrifos is a silent brain killer. Used on apples and broccoli, it messes with your nervous system, causing permanent damage. It lowers your IQ, makes you forget things, and if you’re pregnant, it harms your baby’s brain. This chemical wrecks you from the inside out.
- Imidacloprid is a vigilant predator. Found in grapes, potatoes, and leafy greens, it attacks your nerves, leaving you dizzy, tired, and foggy. It messes with your hormones, putting you at risk for chronic illnesses. It weakens your body’s ability to fight off disease.
- Pyrethroids are sprayed on fruits like apples and peaches. They poison your lungs and skin, causing asthma-like symptoms and skin rashes. This chemical can even damage your nervous system, making you feel worse over time. It’s not just a pesticide—it’s a ticking time bomb in your body.
You’re not just dealing with a little exposure; you’re accumulating toxins over time.
Do you know why the Amish hardly ever get sick? That’s because, in the Amish culture, there is a strong commitment to the idea that modern healthcare and supermarket-bought foods should be avoided at all costs. However medicinal plants and other alternative treatments are highly prized. For each ailment, they have certain remedies they take to nurse them back to health. You can see how they make remedies like the Amish Painkiller, The Amish Antibiotic, The Amish Detoxifying Brew, The Amish Cough-Busting Syrup and many others here – for the first time on camera!
Ditch Pesticide-Contaminated Foods Before It’s Too Late
Here’s how you can start:
- Go Organic (whenever you can)
The easiest way to avoid pesticides is by buying organic food, but I know that’s not always possible. Focus on the dirty dozen – those fruits and veggies most contaminated: strawberries, spinach, and apples. You can check this book to identify edible plants you can find around your house. Swap store-bought produce for garden-fresh options free of chemicals. These foods have never been touched by pesticides – so they’re one of your cheapest and safest options. - Wash and Peel
The peel of fruits is often said to be their most nutritious part. Unfortunately, peels also hold pesticide residues, even after scrubbing and washing them. Some get absorbed into the fruit, making it hard for them to be completely removed. I highly recommend peeling fruits and veggies whenever possible, as this helps cut exposure. - Grow Your Own
Nothing beats growing your own food. Even if you only have a small backyard, starting your own garden can make a huge difference. You’ll have complete control over what’s going on with your plants. I created my own hanging garden on the fence, hidden in plain sight. I started small, but now I got to grow my own secret stash of fresh food. When a crisis comes, me and my family won’t have to worry about supermarkets getting looted. Here is how I built this project. - Use Natural Pesticides
You can avoid toxic chemicals by using natural alternatives like neem oil, diatomaceous earth, or a simple mix of soap and water. This is the strongest pesticide I use – it’s just as effective without the harmful side effects.
Home-Made Tincture for Detoxification
The liver is the primary detoxification organ. When you are exposed to pesticides, your liver works overtime to metabolize these toxins. This can seriously harm your body, leading to swelling and damage to your liver cells.
If you want to reset your liver, you should try this:
What You’ll Need
- Dandelion Root (dried or fresh) – 1/3 cup
- Milk Thistle Seeds (whole) – 1/3 cup
- Schisandra Berries (dried) – 1/3 cup
- High-proof vodka (at least 80 proof) or food-grade glycerine – 2 cups
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Grind the Herbs
Grind dandelion root and milk thistle seeds to release their compounds. - Combine in a Jar
Fill a clean jar halfway with the herbs. Pour vodka or glycerine over them, leaving 1 inch of space at the top. - Seal and Mix
Stir to remove air bubbles, then seal the jar tightly. - Infuse
Store in a cool, dark place for 4–6 weeks, shaking gently daily. - Strain and Store
Strain the tincture through a fine mesh strainer, then transfer it to a dark dropper bottle.
Yet, if you don’t have the time, the tools, or can’t find the ingredients needed, you can buy the tincture with the same ingredients from here. It’s made by one of America’s top herbalists. All the herbs in it are either wild-harvested or organically grown – which not a lot of supplements can claim!
How much drops and how often would a person take that tincture for detoxing? Thanks
The articles on this site are great and informative. But, they’re missing one very important thing: References, at the end of each.
In the case of this article: books – The Amish Ways, No Grid Survival Projects, Self-Sufficient Backyard, and The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies II.
Plus, least we forget; Links to other sites, for products to purchase or information on the Poisons or anything else that might come up.
It could Help reduce time on Research (being on the computer, instead of working on their projects), for people looking to get started.
Thank again, and I have 6 of your books, as well as the ones listed above. So, all could save Time.
