What Happens If You Take Garlic Shots for 7 Days

While there are many exotic superfoods that are trendy right now, the secret to better health is a common herb you probably already have in your kitchen. Garlic’s numerous benefits make it an important herb for promoting overall wellness and vitality. The following are some of the effects of consuming garlic (Allium sativum).

Improved Immune Health

Garlic is a potent antiviral herb that helps to boost the immune system. Research shows that taking garlic during cold and flu season can be helpful for preventing illness and for reducing the severity and longevity of symptoms if you should get sick.

Lower Cancer Risk

Eating garlic regularly has been linked with lower rates of developing certain types of cancer, including esophagus, stomach, colon, breast, and prostate cancers. This is due to the fact that garlic can repair damaged DNA, helping to prevent the growth of cancer cells.

Detoxification of Heavy Metals

Garlic contains sulfur and selenium, both of which have a protective effect against heavy metal poisoning. The research found that it promotes the excretion of certain heavy metals and helps to reduce the accumulation of heavy metals in the liver, kidneys, bones, and testes.

Improved Bone Health

Garlic’s rich antioxidant content may be helpful for promoting bone health and preventing the weakening of bones that many individuals, especially females, experience as they age. Eating garlic can help reduce the oxidative stress that is responsible for many diseases, including bone disorders, like osteoporosis. It may also help to promote calcium absorption.

If you’re like me and arthritis symptoms are already present in your daily activities (sore joints and joint pain, body aches) don’t worry. I’ve got your back! I found some time ago a soothing blend that relieved me from knee pain in minutes! It’s anti-inflammatory and famous for alleviating arthritis pain. I’ll leave a link for you HERE to check out the natural Joint & Movement Salve.

Lower Blood Pressure

Raw garlic contains a constituent called allicin that relaxes the smooth muscles in the blood vessels, which causes them to expand, and as a result, helps to lower blood pressure. Because of this, consuming garlic can help to reduce elevated blood pressure. It has been shown to lower systolic blood pressure (the top number in your blood pressure reading) by approximately 7-9 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number in your blood pressure reading) by about 4-6 mmHg.

To put these numbers in perspective, studies have found that medications commonly used for treating high blood pressure, including ACE inhibitors and beta blockers, only typically reduce systolic blood pressure by an average of approximately 9 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure by an average of about 5.5 mmHg.

In fact, your blood pressure has a direct impact on your lifespan. The better your heart works, the longer you will live. Your heart is the most important organ of your body. It’s not replaceable. My doctor is impressed by how, at my age, I achieve such impressive EKG results, and all I do is take care of my heart with herbal remedies. Check out this bundle deal for yourself!

Better Cholesterol Levels

Garlic has been shown to reduce total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol (considered bad cholesterol) levels. Consuming garlic does not seem to have an effect on triglycerides and HDL (considered good cholesterol) though.

May Boost Athletic Performance

Preliminary research indicates that garlic could be beneficial to athletic performance. It may increase the amount of oxygen your body uses during physical exertion. It’s also possible that it could reduce inflammation and muscle damage caused by vigorous exercise.

Improved Longevity

The fact that garlic is so helpful for preventing disease and improving health means that consuming it regularly could certainly help improve the life span. Some research does indeed show that people who eat garlic weekly live longer than those who consume garlic less than once per week.

Helps Prevent Mental Decline

The allicin in garlic is a powerful antioxidant and neuroprotective compound. It helps protect the brain against oxidative damage that contributes to age-related cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s Disease.

DIY Garlic Shots

Making your own garlic shots is a simple, yet powerful way to benefit from garlic’s health-boosting properties. Combining garlic with other healing herbs makes for an extra potent daily tonic. Take these garlic shots for 7 days to improve overall health, boost the immune system, or help cleanse your body of parasites.

It’s important to use fresh garlic that you peel and mince yourself for the best health benefits. Waiting 10 minutes after crushing the garlic allows the allicin to react with oxygen in the air and fully develop.

Parasite Cleanse Shot

Combine garlic with other natural ingredients that have been shown to help eliminate parasites from the body for a powerfully cleansing shot.

Ingredients
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger, finely minced
  • Balanced Gut Tincture (Optional – to help your gut regenerate parasite damage)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
Directions

Mince garlic and set aside for 10 minutes. Combine in a small glass with ginger, cinnamon powder, and honey. Mix well then stir in the apple cider vinegar and hot water until fully blended. For best results, drink the shot immediately.

Vitality Boost Shot

Take this garlic shot to promote overall wellness and vitality. Powerful garlic combines with other vitality-boosting ingredients. Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant herb that can help to prevent many diseases. The addition of black pepper helps to make the active constituents in turmeric much more effective. Lemon juice is rich in important vitamins and has numerous health benefits.

Vitality ShotIngredients
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Small pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
Directions

Mince garlic and set aside for 10 minutes. Combine in a small glass with turmeric powder, pepper, and honey. Mix well then stir in the lemon juice and hot water until fully blended. For best results, drink the shot immediately. For many, a garlic shot on an empty stomach can be unpleasant. If it is your case as well, make sure you take it with food of some sort.

Immune Support Shot

This potent garlic shot helps to fortify your immune system to help fight off illness and ease symptoms of cold and flu. Ginger is an addition to the warning that can help ease congestion, sore throat, and cough. Echinacea has immune-modulating, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral effects. It may help to ease the severity of cold and flu symptoms.

Elderberry has immune-modulating and antimicrobial properties. It has been shown to be effective against bacteria that cause some respiratory illnesses. Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C, which helps to boost the immune system. Honey is antimicrobial, and soothing and may reduce the symptoms of upper respiratory illnesses.

The only downside to Elderberry is that it’s not the easiest ingredient to find. Sure, you can purchase the plant, but if it’s not from your own backyard, it might already be sprayed with pesticides and chemicals. I personally went for the 100% natural Elderberry Tincture that I got from HERE.
