For years, I’ve been drinking cranberry juice once or twice a week. A good high quality juice is pure 100% juice with no added anything. It’s an acquired taste but it’s worth it. I buy the KNUDSEN brand at my local higher end supermarket. Some Walmart’s may carry it. It is pricey bottle but it’s good stuff.
Hello Nicole, my wife recently went through a hysterectomy surgery in which her gynaecologist discovered the beginnings of cancer cells in her uterus. It was 8 months later that we had a surgery performed and we’re he cancer was removed and she later tested negative.
My question is what herbs can help her with helping her heal and maintain her health and fight any future disease.
Thank you so much,

This does not answer your question directly but is an important component to health. Cancer feeds on sugar in any form, even natural sugars from healthy foods and from foods that are converted to sugar in the body. Eliminating sugars are one of the first steps. Our ND also recommends a blood type diet as different blood types may not have the enzymes to digest all foods, even heathy natural foods. Undigested food causes inflammation which damages our organs and results in disease..
Chaste tea is great for balancing hormone around menstruation however it also kills your sex drive. I found this out. I am now trying to increase my sex drive due to taking it for a few months. .
